Sometimes the orders that are sent to the website need to be changed, instead of canceling the existing order and submitting a new one, please modify the order that was sent and re-sent it again using the extension.
Please see an example:
This was a Simple Crown case, it had no model and it was using Argen Materials, but what we needed was a Bridge case with Zirconia Materials and a Model:
Initial Order that was sent:
This is what we see on the platform once the case is sent, as you can see the details from the order were followed with no issue:
But those details need to be changed, so we will "Modify" the order on the dental manager to reflect the new details that we need, please make sure you are modifying the same order that was sent and that it was the same file name:
Now we are selecting a 2-unit bridge, regular Zirconia Materials and we also added a model for good measure:
Before sending the order this is what is shown in the case, we verify the details and click on send case:
Now after refreshing the website, the new details selected on the modified order are being reflected, it displays as a 2 Unit bridge with Zirconia materials and no Model:
Please keep in mind this process also works by dragging and dropping the newly updated order as long as the file name is the same as the initial case that was sent.
