In this article, we will go over the steps on How to move a case to the Complete Folder on the 3Shape Design Service Platform.
Follow the next Steps:

Open Google Chrome and log into your 3Shape Design Service Account.

- Find your case and mark it complete.
- Navigate to your Ready for Download folder to find the case you want to mark complete.
- Navigate to the search bar and type the Case ID, patient’s name, or file name to find the case and mark it complete.
Note: Once a case is moved to the complete folder, it will stay on there for 7 days, after that time it will get archived. Follow the steps on this article to be able to find it 3Shape Design Service Platform - How to find a case
