How to Retrieve Payment Receipts for Your Transactions
We are unable to generate invoices for Automate. However, a payment receipt is emailed immediately after a purchase to the email address associated with your account.
*Receipts are emailed immediately after the purchase is made to the email the account is associated with.
If you cannot locate the receipt in your email, please follow these steps to access your payment history directly from your account:
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
Once logged in, click on the "Add Money" button.
Step 2: Access Payment History
Click the red link that says "See previous payments and account information."
Step 3: View and Print Transactions
You’ll see a list of all previous transactions, including:
- The Transaction Invoice ID
- The Date
- The Amount
To save or print this page, right-click anywhere on the page and select "Print."
