In this article, we will go over how to submit a case for Redesign.
Your case can be "redesigned" if it is in the 'Needs Approval', 'Ready for download' or 'Complete' status.
Click on the Order ID to expand the order information (in this example we are choosing a case from the 'Ready for download' status -
Click the 'Actions' button on the top right of the page, then choose "Redesign" -
Once you click "Redesign", a text box will appear where you need to choose the reason for the redesign, under "What can we improve" Then you can place notes for the redesign if needed and click send -
The case will now go back to the designer for a redesign.
If you have a new scan file/order to add to a case for redesign, please see the steps below:
Note: Follow Step 1 above, on how to expand your order information.
Click on 'Files' to the left of the page, then click on Initial_scans, lastly drag and drop the new file/order and drop in on the box that says "Drop an Initial Scan". Once you have done this, the new file/order will appear under the Initial_scans section (#2 on the screenshot)
Once your new file/order is uploaded, please see Step 2 above and proceed to click on the 'Actions' button to complete the redesign submission.
