In this article, we will provide instructions and information on how to submit an order for Rush design
When you drag and drop your zipped folder to the order page, on the left side there is a dropdown called "Turnaround Time"
The portal will auto default the "Turnaround Time" to the Next morning by 7am option.
You can then change and choose the desired Rush turnaround time you would like to receive your finished design.
Please note any cases 6 units or more will not be sent back to you within 2 hours. The only rush time you should select in this instance is the "Rush 6 hour" turnaround time option.
Once you select the desired rush turnaround time and submit your case you will notice the order ends up in your rush folder and it will have a red status bar.
Please be aware if you send an order, then cancel, and then resubmit and choose a Rush option...the status it will not trigger rush status to our designers. You will need to reach out to customer support to let the designers know.
