In this article, we will go over how to add new users to your FullContour Location Account and explain the difference between users’ types.
On the FullContour platform, you can add users to the Location account who, to a different extent, will have access to the platform. You will find your Location Users list in the Details section of the Location tab.
There are four types of users available on the Location level: Admin, Manager, QC and User:
Location Admin and Location Manager are the only roles that can add other users to the account and have access to the Price List and Billing Details. In fact, they now have the exact scope of actions available on the platform. If you are a 'Location Manager' or 'Location Admin' the "Users" tab is available for you. You can navigate there, see the list of all users, and add new ones by clicking the "New User" button:
After that, fill in all the required fields marked with “*”, add a direct phone number for the new user, if there is one, and select this user’s role:
Location QC is the person responsible for monitoring and quality control of orders within certain dental indications. Select the required design indications from the list and Location QC will have access only to the cases for the chosen indications. Location QC won’t see any Billing information nor be able to add new users:
Location User will see all orders, but also won’t be able to see Billing details and/or add new users.
For Admins and Managers of an Organization consisting of several Locations, there is an opportunity to add users at the Location level. So, if you are signed in as the Organization Admin or Manager, the following user roles are available to you to add:
If you choose to add one of the Location roles, the dropdown list with all the Organization Locations will appear. Make sure to choose the right one to add a new user in.
