In this article, we will go over how to improve the FullContour platform function and eliminate bugs.
If you experience some issues with the FullContour platform use & function here are some steps you can follow which may help you eliminate the glitch or bug issues.
1. Sign out of your FullContour account.
2. Unregister the service worker:
2A. Right-click anywhere on the page and then click “Inspect”
2B. Click “Application” in the new dialogue window that opens, click “Service Workers”, then – “Unregister”
3. Refresh the page.
4. Erase Cache/Cookies -
4A. Click the 3 little dots in the top right corner of the screen, then choose Settings:
4B. In “You and Google” section choose “Clear browsing data”:
4C. In a new window, click “Advanced”, then make sure the Time range is set to All time. Check the following categories:
4D. Click the "Clear data" button.
5. Sign back into your FullContour account.
If the issue still isn't solved:
Please record a video and take some valuable contextual screenshots that would help someone else understand the issue. Get as much information from the customer as you can in regards to when it started happening, how often it happens, etc.
Then, please start a thread in the "All Things FCP" channel in Teams. As a team we will discuss the bug and verify if it is indeed a real bug that needs to be reported to our development team. Once Brian or Raul confirms this, please send an email to "helpdesk@fullcontour.com" and use the bug template including all pictures/videos that you took with the customer.
