Q- How can I build a Profile on the Unite App?
A- Follow the steps below.
- Step 1- Go to https://portal.3shapecommunicate.com/login, Sign in or create a Communicate profile if you don't already have one.
If you haven't logged in recently, a pop-up should appear where it will walk you through all the steps. 
- Step 2- If the pop-up does not show for you, Go to Store Profile and click Begin.
- Step 3- While on the Store Front tab, fill in your lab name, description, and add a Logo. Optionally you can add photos and videos. Click Next.
- Note the file requirements during the upload are:
- The logo should be a minimum of 160x160 pixels in PNG format.
- The images and video size should be a maximum of 12 MB in total

- Step 4- On the Company Details tab, choose the address which will be shown and add contact information. Click Next.
- Step 5- On the Services tab, you can add countries that you would like to cooperate with. Mark all the services that your lab can provide. Click Next when done.
- Step 6- The last tab is Customize Order Form. This step is optional. Firstly, configure your custom order template (DME template) with the downloaded DME Editor software. After that, upload your DME Template. Note that you can use the Previous button, to make some changes during the process. When all is set, click Done.
- Step 7- At the end of the profile edit, you will be able to download a ‘3Shape Unite for Labs’ logo. You are welcome to save it and use it in your own marketing efforts.
- Now your Store Profile is configured and will be visible for clinics and doctors that are using 3Shape Unite.
