** Notifications are not available at this time, so users will need to keep in mind the turnaround time they selected for their Nightguard design, to then log into the Automate Web portal to review, edit, accept/reject, or download orders.
2. For existing customers who need to review their order, they will log into the Automate Web Portal (https://automate.3shape.com/) and use their communicate ID email and password to review their designs and Download their STL file to produce.
3. After successfully logging into the Automate Web Portal, customers will go to the "Results" tab and click "Review".
4. For Every designed Nightguard, there will have a series of Quality images the doctor can skim through to see their design. Once the customer reviews their Nightguard, they will have the option to either, Edit, Reject the order, or Accept the order. If the order is rejected, their credit amount will not deduct from their total Dollar amount. If the order is approved, the doctor will be able to download their STL file from the Automate web portal, and their credit amount will be deducted.
5. After the STL file is downloaded to the user's computer, users can proceed with their Manufacturing process.
6. Users will also have the option to utilize the Editing tool to modify their designs. This allows the doctor to make simple changes where they can Add, Remove, and Smooth out the material. Once the doctor has made their changes to the order, they can click the "Done" tab in the bottom right-hand corner and accept the order.
7. After the STL file is downloaded, users can proceed with their Manufacturing process.
