Once the connection has been established in the TRIOS Scanner within the UNITE application, please note that our team will contact you. However, if you have an urgent case ready to send, please follow the steps below.
1. Create a new case.
2. Under ‘Scan & Send’ Select 3Shape Design Services.
3. Select the indication you are wanting to be designed (Only 1 indication per case).
4. Select the Material
5. Then Select the Tooth/Arch
6. Save then Next.
7. Scan the Patient, or if you have scans, you want to import.
8. Import Scans, then select Next.
9. Once this process is done in the UNITE Application on the Trios Scanner, log in to your Design Services Account.

10. Go to the pending page to see the cases that are ready to be uploaded for Design.
11. Make sure the correct indication was selected.
12. Select ‘Add Codes’- Since we have design centers around the world, typed instructions can sometimes be misunderstood or lost in translation. To help ensure your orders are completed accurately the first time, we've created standardized Design Guide Codes. These codes make your intent clear and consistent.
13. The comments added to the case will show up on the case instructions

14. Select Review Case Details & Send the case.
