Can I ask for Redesigns?
No. You can reject the case and resend using different parameters. Try pre-marking your margins, adjusting the bite, changing the contacts or occlusion, or turning on the broader contact settings.
How can I resend an order that I've already sent via the Automate button?
You can't send the same case through the button again. You can make a standard copy in your 3Shape and send the copied case.
I don't have the option to drag and drop the order to the website since the integration/extension/button. How can I resend the case?
You will have to make the standard copy of the case and send it via the button. That way, you are still able to download and import your order via the button when the case is complete.
Can I import the finished design back into 3Shape?
Yes, but it only works if you have Dental System 2021 or a newer version, and you have the integration set up correctly.
Why am I getting this error?
You are on a version of 3Shape that doesn’t support the importing of Automate designs. Must be on Dental System 2021 and use the Automate button for importing orders.
My finished crown is downloaded into my 3Shape, but when I click Redesign, it doesn't let me adjust anything (excluding Margin line, see next Q&A to see answer). How can we fix this?
Your 3Shape is trying to redesign the Automate crown with a different library than the one Automate uses. Once you click redesign, click next until you come to the Smile Library. From the list of anatomy options, select the "Use extra data" option. This will allow you to edit the design where needed.
