We wanted to notify you that at this time, our workflow is not yet fully compatible with the 2025 Dental Ssytem Version.
However, we do have a workaround that will allow you to continue submitting your orders without interruption.
Please follow these steps:
Select the 2024 design module from the dropdown during order creation.

Export the order in 2024 format.

Once you export the cases in the 2024 version, please upload the compressed ZIP folder to the 3Shape Design Service Platform.
We understand that this is not an ideal solution, and we truly appreciate your patience. At the moment, however, this is the most effective way to ensure your cases are processed smoothly and without delays.
Thank you for your understanding.
Note:
If your case is currently on hold due to this issue, we will notify you. Please follow the same steps by changing the design module and exporting the case in 2024. Once this is completed:
1. Click on the Initial Scans folder so it is highlighted, and then you will see the box to the right. Drop additional attachment files here.
2. You can drag and drop the zip file you need to add to the case to the highlighted area to upload the files.
3. Please wait on the screen while the files upload.
4. Once uploaded, you will see the file under the initial scans folder.
5. Click on the Actions Tab, and then you can either release the Hold.
The text box will populate. Notify the design team that a new ZIP file has been uploaded. Then, click “Send” to return the case to the design team so they can proceed.
