In this article, we will go over the steps on how to cancel a case on the 3Shape Design Service Platform.
Follow the next Steps:
Open Google Chrome and log in to your 3Shape Design Service Account.

Navigate to your 'Sent for Design' folder or use the search bar to type the Case ID or the patient’s name.
3. Find your case and open it by clicking on the Case ID.
4. Once the case is open, click on the “actions” button and hit cancel case(s).
Important: For all the cases that have been designed and need to be canceled, the status can be changed; however, you will still see the charge on your account as it was designed before the cancellation request.
