In this article, we will go over the steps on how to review the reason why the case is on hold
When a case is placed on hold, you can review the reason provided by the designers. Most of the time, they also upload images that illustrate exactly what is happening with the case to help with a better understanding.
Please make sure to follow the steps below to review them:
Step 1: Locate the case in the folder "Holds":
Step 2: Open the case by selecting the case ID
Step 3: Click Activity to review the reason why the case is on hold
Step 4: You can review the images they upload under Files > Quality Control Images
