In this article, we will go over the steps on how to move a case to the Complete Folder on the 3Shape Design Service Platform.
Follow the next Steps:
- Open your browser and log in to your 3Shape Design Service Account.
https://design.3shape.com/signin
Find your case and mark it complete.
- Navigate to your Ready for Download folder to find the case you want to mark complete.
- Navigate to the search bar and type the Case ID, patient’s name, or file name to find the case and mark it complete.
Note: Once a case is moved to the complete folder, it will stay there for 7 days; after that time, it will be archived.
