In this article, we will go over the manufacturing options for Guided Surgery cases.
We only do the implant planning and surgical guide design portion here with 3Shape Design Services, but we do have integrated manufacturing options for our surgical guides.
Currently, we are working with Rodo Digital Prosthetics and Van Hook Dental. Once the case is approved, the files will go directly from our platform to theirs. It does depend on what implant system you would like to use, as both manufacturers stock different sleeves.

Rodo Digital Prosthetics regularly stocks sleeves for: Steco, BioHorizon, Biomet3i, Neodent, and Keystone. Customers will want to reach out to Rodo Digital (formerly known as Core3D) to do the onboarding with them and create the accounts. Important: If you decide to set up an account with either Van Hook or Rodo Digital Prosthetics, let us know after you do the onboarding with them so we may activate the integration on your account for the destination before sending your first case.
