Tooth-Supported Guide (4+ Implants)
Used when more than 4 teeth are missing. The guide rests on remaining teeth and may also sit on the gum for added support.
What we need:

• CBCT scan + surface scan

Tissue-Supported Guide (Fully Edentulous)
Used when no teeth are present. The guide sits on the gums and is stabilized with fixation pins.
What we need:

• Dual CBCT scans (patient wearing denture with markers + denture alone with same markers)

• Implant site details

• Implant brand

• Pilot or fully guided preference

Bone-Supported Guide (Fully Edentulous)
Also used when no teeth are present. The guide sits directly on the bone and is stabilized with fixation pins.

• CBCT scan (no metal artifacts or extractions planned)
