When submitting implant cases to our portal, we always need to make sure we let the designers know the Implant kit that needs to be used, as Exocad does not allow us to select it when creating the order itself. We need to provide a screenshot of the chosen implant kit:
1. Once the order is created, please click on "design":
2. After that ,please make sure to select the implant kit needed and take a screenshot of it like this:
3. After that, please send the case as usual and add the screenshot you've taken to the attachments section of the case. If you do not know the steps, please check these articles:

Please also ensure that you add the name of the Implant kit selected and upload a picture to the attachments section.
Please note this is to ensure the designers select the right implant kit, as there are a lot of them in Exocad. So please be as precise as possible when typing the instructions and taking the screenshot.
If we do not have the implant library that you need for your case, the order will be placed on hold, and you will be notified, if that happens, please make sure to send us the ".dsfa" files for the library so we can import it in our own system and proceed with the case.
