If you review your case after it's been designed and notice something you'd like to change, you can easily submit a redesign request.
1. Go to your 3Shape Design Service Account and Sign in.
2. Navigate to the "Cases" Page. Click into the case you want to have redesigned by clicking the case ID.
3. Once you've clicked inside the case, find the "Actions" tab, and click on the "Redesign" option.
4. Let us know what we can improve. Please select the main reason for the redesign, and feel free to scroll down to find the option that best matches the modification needed.
Once you have selected the feedback, please add your comments or instructions explaining the reason for the redesign, for example, 'Change occlusion to -0.5mm OUT.' Then, click 'Send' to submit.
Your case is now back in the design queue; you can see this reflected on your "cases" page.
Once your case is done being redesigned, the case will go back into the "ready for download" or "needs approval" stage. You can review it from there.
