Here is a breakdown of what each order status means:
Sent for Design: Your case has been successfully submitted but hasn’t been started by our design team yet.
Design In Progress: The design team has downloaded your case and is actively working on it.
Rush Designs: This status appears when you’ve paid for expedited services. Depending on your selection, we offer designs in 6 hours or 2 hours, faster than the standard turnaround.
On Hold: Your case requires attention due to an issue. You’ll need to address this before the design can proceed.
Hold Released: After resolving the issue with your on-hold case, the status will update to hold released, and design will continue.
Redesign: If you request modifications, we'll move your case to redesign status until the design team completes the changes.
Needs Approval: Some cases require approval before downloading or sending to a manufacturer or may need review by a third party. These will appear in needs approval status.
Sent for Approval: If you choose to send your case to a third party for approval, it will appear as sent for approval.
Sent to Manufacturer: Once you outsource your case, this status confirms that it has been sent to one of our 30+ integrated manufacturing partners.
At Manufacturer: The manufacturer has downloaded your case and is working on production.
Shipped: Your case has been successfully designed, manufactured, and is now on its way to you.
Ready for Download: Use this status when manufacturing in-house. Completed designs are available for download here.
Canceled: Your case has been canceled either by you or the 3Shape Design Services team.
Complete: The order has been designed and manufactured successfully. This helps you keep your cases organized.
Note: Cases automatically move to Complete after 10 days in this folder.
