In this article, we will go over how to locate your invoices on your account.
1. Log in to your 3Shape Design Services account and click on the Location tab.
2. From the Location tab, click on the Billing Details:
3. Once on the Billing Details Page, you will see the invoices. To delve into the Invoices, click on the Invoice ID number:
4. This will provide you with a detailed breakdown of the invoice and all the cases included on the invoice. Also, under the actions button, you can always download the bills or resend them.
5. If additional information about the case is needed, click on the order ID number to open the case for review.
