In this article, we will go over how to download your case(s) from the Design Service Platform.
For Bulk Download
- Navigate to your 'Ready for Download' folder.
- You can select each case individually or click the box at the top of the column to select all the cases for "bulk" Downloading.
- Click the button to the far upper right, that says “Cases selected”.
- You can Click Download Files only or download and mark Complete.
- Select “Finished Designs” to download and import to 3Shape, then click Download.
Once they have downloaded, you can then import them into your 3Shape.
Typically, these files will download to your Downloads folder on your computer, unless you have it set up to download into another location.
To download an individual case
- Find your case and open it by clicking on the order ID.
- Once the case is open click on the “actions” button and you can either click on “Download Files” or "Download and Mark Complete".
- Select “Finished Designs” to download and import to 3Shape, then click Download.
Once they have downloaded, you can then import them into your 3Shape.
Typically, these files will download to your Downloads folder on your computer, unless you have it set up to download into another location.
