In this article, we will go over how to download your case(s) from the Design Service Platform.
For Bulk Download

Navigate to your 'Ready for Download' folder.

You can select each case individually or click the box at the top of the column to select all the cases for "bulk" Downloading.
Click the button in the far upper right that says “Cases selected”.
4. You can click Download Files only or download and mark Complete.
Select “Finished Designs”, then click Download.
Typically, these files will download to your Downloads folder on your computer unless you have it set to download to another location.
Another way to download the files:

Find your case and open it by clicking on the order ID.
Once the case is open, click on the “files”, select the file under finished_scans, then click the download button
