In this article, we will go over sending a Smile Design case to us for design.
You will need to zip up the following into one zipped folder:
A full Face and full smile image (top of head to chin)
Digital Diagnostic, if one were made and approved
Once you upload the zipped folder to the cases tab, you will want to choose 'Smile design Video' in the Design type field and click on the design guide section to choose your options
Default selections are highlighted in blue and say “Default” in green; however, you can change the defaults and choose from the following:
1. Highlights and Shadow from the lip
2. The Shade of the teeth (If you want to follow a specific shade, please type in the instructions S=(shade number)
3. Smile Library Look
Once the case is designed, you will get it back for review, and all the files will be available for you to download.
