In this article we will be going over Design Guide Codes, since we have design centers across the globe, typed instructions don’t always translate to what you are looking for. Our goal is to give you back your orders correctly the first time, so we created what we call design guide codes.
To view the design guide codes before sending a case, you will need to click on the “Location” tab on the upper left side of your account. This “Location” tab holds all your account details.
From here you will need to click on “Design profile”. To view the design guide codes, click on the tab called “Design Guide”.
We have different instruction cards available for each design type we offer. You will notice the codes change depending on the design type chosen.
