In this article, we will be going over Design Guide Codes, since we have design centers across the globe, typed instructions don’t always translate to what you are looking for. Our goal is to give you back your orders correctly the first time, so we created what we call design guide codes.
IMPORTANT: At the bottom of this article, there is an attached video with this information for easier reference.
To view the design guide codes before sending a case, you will need to click on the “Location” tab on the upper left side of your account. This “Location” tab holds all your account details.
From here, you will need to click on “Design profile”. To view the design guide codes, click on the tab called “Design Guide Codes”.
We have different instruction cards available for each design type we offer. You will notice the codes change depending on the design type chosen.
Adding a Design Guide Code as a Favorite
If you know you are using a specific design guide code most of the time but not always, you can set the code as a Favorite by clicking on the star icon.
If you ever want to delete the code from your favorites, you can do it by simply clicking on the star icon again.
Adding a Design Guide Code as a Default
If you are using the same design guide code on all your cases, you can add it as a default.
Click on the plus icon and then click on “Set as Default.”
In case you want to remove the code from your defaults, click on “Remove as Default.”
