Sometimes, when you are trying to send a case using the Automate extension, you could encounter this error message:
This is generated due to the order having "none" under the design module. If there is any other option in the dropdown, please make sure to select the appropriate one. If you do not see any other options besides none, please reach out to your reseller for help, as this will be an issue related to the dongle license not having the option enabled.
