In this article, we will go over how to proceed with the error: The design module selected for the order is not supported. You can change it on the order form.
This error means your order is set up as a different version. You will need to right-click on the case and select 'Modify'. Under Design Module, select 'DentalDesigner 20__'. Click on the version you have, select the option "ok", and resend the order via the button.
