In this article, we will go over how to Locate Cases within 3Shape Automate.
If you would like to know how to find your case in Automate, please follow the next steps:
1. Click the Tab for Results.
There are two ways to find your case:
1. With the Filter option.
You can choose between the Last 4 hours or the last 20 days.
2. With the Search bar option.
You can find the file using the designated file name before submitting the case to Automate.
Please note that Automate cases are automatically removed after 20 days. We recommend saving a backup on your computer to avoid losing access. Otherwise, the case may need to be resubmitted.
