In this article, we will be going over how to add Design Guide Codes when sending a Case on the Design Service Platform.
Since we have design centers across the globe, typed instructions don’t always translate to what you are looking for. Our goal is to give you back your orders correctly the first time, so we created what we call design guide codes.
You can add or remove codes from the list by clicking on the icon with the pencil, before sending the case.
Here is where you will choose the instructions for your case. If you have any “Favorites” set, they will be the first codes you see; if you have any “Defaults” set, they will display a blue checkmark when you hover over the code and will be automatically selected.
If you would like to select a group of codes you created, click on “Design Guide Groups”, then click on the group of codes that you want to be chosen, and then click on “Add Codes.”
If you click on the “Codes Selected” Button, you can see the list of codes selected for the case or remove a specific code, and with the “Remove All” button, you can get rid of all the codes selected for the case.
When you upload a case for design, you can add design guide codes that are specific to the case that you are trying to send. If you would like to add any additional instructions to modify your case, you will scroll through the different categories and click on the design guide codes that you want to apply to the case. Once done, click on the “Apply” button.
