- Turn-around time: 24 Business Hours. We do not offer rushes.
- Current Teeth Libraries: Will keep existing denture teeth and anatomy: position, incisal edge, and anatomy. We cannot make the teeth look better.
Material selection in the 3Shape form:
- FCDC Teeth and Base (This is a3Shape Design Service's own material file)

- If you would like to use a different material, it must be tested and approved first.

Note:
- If the teeth library needs to be changed, a new case must be submitted.
- If a second or any additional redesign is required, a new case must be submitted.
- If you plan to send a completely new scan, it will need to be submitted as a new case.
Important!
If there is any mistake in the design or the instructions are not followed, the customer can submit the case for a redesign, and our design team will redesign the case without any extra charge. Click here to Know How to submit a case for redesign on the 3Shape Design Service Platform
Output:
- Output Files: Final.
- Output Format: STLs for printing.
Type of Scans we received:
If you are sending Models:
- Select Model as the object type in the 3Shape order form.
- Scanned models must have closed bases.
- Treated arch, or you can send upper, lower, and Bite registration STL files.
- Select Digital Impression as the object type in the 3Shape order form.
- Treated arch, or you can send upper, lower, and Bite registration STL files.

For digital impressions, you can send the current patient's denture to be used as a reference. and must be aligned wth the VDO.
Any prosthesis (of any type) can be made as a copy denture. This is because what is copied is the scan of that prosthesis.
What cannot be produced under a copy denture is an Ivotion denture (which is a bicolor pock).
