Clinic Support - Sending a Copy Denture Case to the 3Shape Design Service Platform for Design

In this article, we will go over sending a Copy Denture Case to the 3Shape Design Service Platform for design. 

Click Here to check the difference between a Copy denture and a Reference Denture and the type of scans needed for each type.

Please follow the Steps Below:

1. Click on "Create New Case".

2. Click on the "Dentures" category and choose your indication.

3. Create your case by filling out the information required.

• Case name, Teeth/Arches, Design Guide Codes, Add-Ons, Turnaround time, Additional case comments, case files, and production options.

4. Click on "Review Case Details," double-check the case information, and then click on "Create Case".

Important: Please make sure to add the Order Creation Modifier so we can create the 3Shape Order for you.

Once the case is designed, you will get it back for review, and all the files will be available for you to download.
