In this article, we will go over sending a Crown & Bridge Case to the 3Shape Design Service Platform for design.
Please follow the Steps Below:
1. Click on "Create New Case".
2. Click on the " Crown & Bridge" category and choose your indication.
3. Create your case by filling out the information required.
- Case name, Teeth/Arches, Design Guide Codes, Turnaround time, Additional case comments, case files, and production options.
4. Click on "Review Case Details," double-check the case information, and then click on "Create Case".
Important!
Scan Requirements:
Upper/Lower scans (Acceptable file extensions- .dcm, .stl, .ply, or .obj)
Optional:
Bite Scan (If required scans are NOT aligned to the patient's bite, you MUST provide a bite scan.)

Limitations:
Implant-retained restorations are not supported (Any order containing implants must be sent with a complete 3Shape order).
Bridges are not to exceed a maximum of 1 pontic between 2 preparations (splinted prep crowns are accepted).

Once the case is designed, you will get it back for review, and all the files will be available for you to download.
